The workouts are ALWAYS different. After you are done with them, it feels as if you trained your entire body. They are also developed specifically for you, for example, I am a runner and sometimes I get pain in my ITB. I told Tanita this, and the very next day we started doing exercises to improve my leg muscles.
Tanita is kind and friendly and when you start your day with her you feel ready for the day, and when you end it with her, you feel relaxed after a stressful day at work.
Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend her.
